| What is the minimum order?
Usually we like to see $100.00 but as we are “easy to do business with”, ask us if you have trouble reaching this amount!
How soon can you ship?
If it is a stock item for us (and we have millions of dollars worth of blades in stock) and you place your order before 4 PM, it will ship that day! Fast service is our standard. Custom designed orders can take weeks to months, depending on the raw material needs and if tooling is required. However, we are great at accommodating rush orders, just ask!
Do you have price breaks and discounts?

What are your terms?
Once you have established credit with us, our terms are net 30. If you need our blades before we can do a credit check, please consider using COD or our credit card option.

What Is your return policy?
Before returning any product, we would appreciate it if you would first get our prior approval so please give us a call. In the rare circumstance that there is a problem with the material or workmanship of our blades, we stand behind them 100%. We don’t want faulty product and we especially don’t want YOU to have faulty product either – send it back!!! Note however that we can only be responsible for the cost of the blades and shipping, we cannot be responsible for any downtime or defective product you might have.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong thing and want to replace it with what you really want, just call and explain this to us. We are easy to do business with” and you won’t get any annoying “restocking charges” from ACE.
